per team discussion Monday, I'm creating a version 3 prototype.  

Jim Drewniak created a version 2 that's in Confluence with anchors.  I'm going to be incorporating much of that into ver 3 - cannot find here - someone please send me the link to Jim's ver 2 - with anchors used in Confluence.  Thank you! 

also - website note: take the "please"  out - 2 places, doesn't read right.  In the GM section: "please note" and "please check".

    You had previously asked me for the icons that were used.  Confluence was not available to me when I replied.  I have since created a how to document called → Use images already uploaded.  This shows you how to access them.
