    • There are issues added for parts of MVP that need to be done
  • Lora is moving off from Web team as of May 21, so that has to be our target date for sprint 1
    • No replacement product owner has been lined up yet
  • Not all of the work needed for MVP has been captured yet in a Jira ticket
  • Team Page content is captured in Confluence
  • Joel's wireframes are what the team will be using for the MVP release
    • Three wireframes: main page, General Meeting section, generic section for each team
    • Wireframes have been exported from Google Draw Doc where they are currently stored into PDF/PNG files and added into Confluence
  • Team decision: for MVP, single page where the General Meeting section at the top, then a section for each team.
    • Links in navigation bar take you to the part of the page for that team
  • Header and navigation bar remains at top of page as content is scrolled down.
    • Can jump to any section from link in navigation bar
  • Nice to have: the button for the section you are in is highlighted
  • For story point estimates, using range of 1 - 10 (5 is medium size story)
    • We will be estimating EFFORT needed to complete the story, not complexity of the story
