Thomas has been working with the open software LibreOffice and Base for database testing while playing with ideas for an improved scheduling system for our web site.
Jon has added a change recently for handling landscape/mobile (removing footer for larger content view in this specific case). Just pushed this to tssgTechMultipage for further testing.
Geb could set the height of the window to do the landscape test automatically. Need to try this.
There have been Geb workshops that are starting to perform automated testing of the current web site.

The current Git branches are master, multipage and singlepage.
    singlepage contains the 2.x code
multipage contains the 3.x code; saved to the tssgTechMultipage url for testing; http://technologynursery.org/tssgTechMultipage

Joel will document in Confluence his steps to modify the schedule each week.
Edits need to be made to both the multipage and master branches. And they need to be pushed to our Git repository.

    Jira:
We need to clean up/archive open issues.
Also need to get back to x-ray implementation.

Conversation between Lora and Ralph related to web site security.
Talked about a grails front end, ldap directory service for roles, the need for tssg.tech to have a secure logo, ssl (secure sockets layer) certificates need to be up to date on the web server to enforce secure connections with browsers, tls (Transport Layer Security) version 1.2 ...
