The purpose of the following personas is to identify key stakeholders/users of TSSG's website and meetings. For the growth of TSSG and it's mission to further the careers of its members, we must keep these stakeholders top of mind when considering content for and structure of our website and Wednesday meetings. TSSG members are welcome to add to this list, but please maintain order of stakeholder personas relative to the following:

1. Key stakeholders relative to hiring TSSG members
2. Visitors who may consider joining TSSG  

Diversity and inclusion of new members should always be respected and considered for visitors and prospective members (Age, sex, race, ethnicity, religion etc.).

Personas

Christina

Age: 27
Sex: Female
Status: Single
Role: Technology Recruiter
Devices: MacBook Pro, iPad & iPhone 8
Details: Christina is extremely busy in her recruiting work as well as her personal life, so she is ‘time starved’. A candidate has submitted a resume for a position listing TSSG as his most recent experience, so she has come to tssg.tech for the first time to verify that it is legitimate and relevant work experience.

Role: Front End Developer

Details: Daniel recently lost employment and was introduced to TSSG by a current member. He is concerned about providing for his family and must carefully consider how he spends his days. Time spent outside of actively searching and applying for full time positions must either help build upon his hard skills gaps or grow his professional network. He plans to attend the next Wednesday meeting to see if TSSG might fulfill his needs.

Details: Meghan recently lost employment and was introduced to TSSG by a current member. She is interested in Agile Software Development and studying for a career change into the Product Owner role. Meghan hopes that acting as a Project Owner in TSSG's mobile team will give her the experience she needs, can list on her resume and speak to when being interviewed.

He is listening but unsure how to get involved in a current project or how to introduce a new project idea.
