• Jim will not be at the Wednesday meeting in 2 days.  Team needs to come up with topics for this meeting in his absence
  • Wayne will be available for this Wednesday, may not be available for Aug 1st or 8th (will know when those dates get closer)
    • Wayne is actively interviewing, wants Jim to be ready to take over as Scrum Master on short notice if that is necessary
  • Tyler has verified the bug but needed to clear his cache to get the bug to go away (TWS-68).   Can be closed at this point.
  • Lora found a minor cache problem with the schedule (Joel is aware of the issue, cache data is not clearing for the schedule)
    • Lora is hoping to get consensus for what the new website will look like (2 columns, 3 columns, multiple pages, etc)  This is TWS-32.  Currently this story is underestimated.
  • Frank looked into the cache reload issue a little
  • Joel worked with Ken and Frank to get help with the cache issue.
    • Joel will work with Lora on possible layouts before the final decision is made and any coding begins
  • Lora suspects the cache issue may be caused by something in the responsive design that we are using in the post-MVP site (and the sub-pages).
    • Issue seams to be happening with public site on TSSG.Tech but not with staging site on Technology Nursery
    • This issue may be rare for the customers since they are not visiting the site as often as our team is doing.
  • When discussion of new layout is held, include Jim Drewniak as well since he added the story "more graphics, less text"
    • Minimum needed: Joel, Lora, and Jim D.  Other developers are optional
  • Keep in mind, the cache is a browser setting on the user end.  The user determines how often the cache is cleared.  Users can set it to "never clear".
  • Reach out again to Jay to give his talk on UI vs. UX and the differences between the two
  • Need to add name of person making the suggestion in the meeting notes, especially for Wednesday meeting
  • TWS-50 needs work before it is added to a sprint.
    • Jim wants this to be a testing story.  Others read this as a "content to be added to the website" story.
    • This needs to be discussed at the general meeting before the web team will work on this story

)n 7/23 JimD:  Accepted a meeting at 10 am tomorrow to discuss "more graphics, less text".

Question: Has the contents of the member's email been posted to Confluence?  It talked about this change and other suggestions for the Web site.  I am sorry, I don't remember the author's name.

    Regards,

    Jim
