    In step 1 say the email addresses on p.1 are links (and MAKE tssg-tech a link, all the others are)

    Maybe the big black oval should say "Acton (usually) Library" or some such phrase. Definitely, should phrase the last clause along the lines of "-- or connect online" ('or' not 'and')

    re: "Acton (usually) Library" - added "unless otherwise notified"; this is an interesting problem. we want to be definitive and state the location.  this "fuzzy" language is in the On Boarding doc now - WE DON'T REALLY WANT TO ADD IT TO THE WEBSITE.  In the 3rd or 4trh roadmap timeframe, should we add a calendar API, the location can be adjusted there. The effort s/b to solidify the location - if Acton cannot be solid then what schedule can be? Someone local in Acton should put a flyer up on the conference room door - with the instructions to Zoom/Hangout at the library if we are supposed to meet there but are not.

  4. Lora, someday adding a calendar to the Sample Agenda region of the website is a very good idea - can you write it up as a User Story? (if it's not already in the stories, gotta check 1st)

    I like the idea of a calendar listing date, location and time for the Wednesday General Meeting - as that's the one the person must attend first. Should be a hyperlink near where any mention of the libraries is located. 

    Do you see this as something for this project or a future site? 

    BTW: Did you see the page I added for "Future Site Brainstorming"?  That page is ideas that will lead to the Web Team getting into areas for cyber-security tech.
