Given most web users will first view a web site using a mobile device
I want to convert the existing TSSG.TECH into a Responsive Design
So that the site looks good on both mobile and desktop/ laptop browsersdevices.
acceptance Acceptance criteria:
Code is in Bootstrap with responsive design. They have a MOBILE FIRST mentality. Same as IAB.com - 90% people look at Mobile Device 1st.
- mobile phone (4.5 inch screen - horizontal & vertical)
- small tablet (7 inch screen - horizontal & vertical)
- large tablet (10 inch screen - horizontal & vertical)
- laptop/desktop (14+ inch screen)
