• MVP page moved to be under Brainstorming
  • Lora updated TSSG.Tech to remove the graphics and do simple about information for each team in a basic HTML page.  This is the temporary MVP website.
  • Stand-up:
    • Wayne will be out first week of May, Jim will do Scrum Master role that week
    • Joel completed the initial log edit.  Has determined that we need to have wire frames of what we want the new website to look like before he makes further changes.
    • Jim reviewed the Confluence changes made over the week
    • Paul looking at moving Musician's Manager project into Docker.  Will need help from Ralph
    • Ralph looking into RethinkDB, like MongoDB but scales better
  • First topic:  review of the MVP page discussion from 4/22
    • Current TSSG.Tech is a basic HTML page with links to small pages for what each team is working on
    • Testimonials page is a place holder, to be fleshed out with more information.
      • Decision is to not have any names on this page.
      • Needs to have a name for it to be looked as valid.  Both first name and last name needed
      • Call this something other than Testimonials
      • Ask customer on Wednesday if we should have this page on the MVP site for now
    • We want to do four 2-week sprints so we can get this project completed
    • Need to work on the wording of "in-transition and enthusiasts" some more
  • Road map page
    • Sprint 1 is NOT what Lora just published as TSSG.Tech.   This is for the first major revision of the page
    • What are people looking for when they say "responsive design"?  Is it just scalability on different devices?
    • We need wire frames for how the site should look before we start on each of the sprint's work on the website
      • What should it look like that we are trying to build for that sprint?
    • Reminder: phone screen is the PRIORITY if we need to determine how something looks (both horizontal and vertical)
      • Tablet is second priority, then desktop/laptop
    • We had previously decided to start with Donna's proof of concept, update the team project content, and put that out to the public as the temporary website
    • Lora wants team to start from scratch.  Other team members disagree with that
    • It is a MANUAL process to update the working website on Technology Nursery, can not display it automatically by just checking in the cod to GIT
    • What are we putting out on tssg.tech for the public while we work on the sprints?
    • We will use TechnologyNursery.com/TSSGTechStaging as the in-progress website for our sprint work
      • Better name is InProgress or Dev since we are not going from Staging to Production until the end of the project
      • Joel and Ralph to determine what the folder name and link will be for this
    • Jira ticket TWS-13 created to get the MVP website on tssg.tech during sprint 1
    • Page created for the Design Guidelines
